We had this issue in the past. An update we applied to chat today made some things better – but those users who came back to the chat within 30 minutes of the update may have some serious communication problems when it comes to the use of emoticons – either you are sending an emoticon \/ smiley or ass or boobs or something and the other people in the chat will be seeing something else. Of course it could go the other way – someone may be sending the “boobs emoticon” and you could be seeing a pasaphire or something else.<\/p>\n
This is a major communication issue for those users who were in the chat at the time.<\/p>\n
The best way to fix this is:<\/strong><\/p>\n logout of the chat<\/p>\n go to a different page on the site (not one of the chat room pages)<\/p>\n clear your browser cache<\/p>\n Firefox clear cache – http:\/\/support.mozilla.org\/en-US\/kb\/clear-cache-delete-temporary-files-fix-issues#w_clear-the-cache<\/p>\n clear cache with IE (Internet Explorer calls it temporary internet files) -http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/260897<\/p>\n clear cache \/ temp files with chrome – http:\/\/support.google.com\/chromeos\/bin\/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95582<\/p>\n clear cache opera 11.X – Click on Tools-Preferences-Advanced-History. When in History, in Memory and Disk Cache activate “Empty on Exit”.<\/p>\n When you Exit Opera, cache will be clear.<\/p>\n Sorry about the issue – it’s a major one, but the fix is pretty quick.<\/p>\n We are always trying to make our sex chat rooms better and better.
