Have you been kicked or banned from the chat room?
Well maybe you did something wrong, and maybe you didn’t; with so many rules in our terms of service and netiquette rules, it may be easy to break some of the rules, and not even know it. Everyone who uses the site is implying agreement to the terms, and is expected to follow the netiquette rules we have. There is also a chance that you have done nothing wrong, and were kicked by accident.

The chat rooms here get pretty busy, and when moderators click on the names to kick or ban, sometimes the list moves and we end up banning the wrong person. It happens, and if it has happened to you, we apologize, it’s the moving list, and once in a while it’s human error. More than likely the list moved in the process, and the wrong person got bumped. No need to freak out though, when that happens the ban is generally temporary, and you are not added to our forbidden access list. If you were on the forbidden access list, you wouldn’t be reading this post right now.
But what if you did something that was considered wrong and you didn’t know it was wrong? Well first I highly recommend that you read our terms of service, and definitely the netiquette policy. Double check everything there, and know what the rules are. Maybe you did something innocent and didn’t know that it violates our policies. Sometimes that happens, and if it has happened to you, send me comment below, and explain to me that you have read and understand the rules, and promise to play them here. I’ll consider the situation.
Please note – some of the rule infractions will cause permanent banning, and no promises or begging will get you unbanned ever. I’m not going to list all of the things that will make a ban stick forever, but just so you know, if you have posted web addresses to other commercial sites, asked people to webcam with you, asked for money, or played like you were not an adult, then you will be forever banned from the site. There are other things that people have done that have led to a permanent ban as well.
Violating the chat systems rules or etiquette policies will get you kicked from the chat room, possibly permanently banned from using the chat system ever again. Some kicks / bans last for only 5 minutes, some infractions would cause a moderator to kick you from the chat room for one hour, or six hours, maybe even 24 hours. Users who commit major offenses, and can not log into the chat room 36 hours after being banned, have been added to the permanent ban list.
The list of chat room rules that most people get kicked for include:
No one under 18, or pretending to be under the age of 18 years, is allowed to use this site. If you are aware of a user who is not 18 or older you need to alert the moderator(s).
Asking another person to pretend that they are less than 18 years old is not allowed.
Impersonating any user is strictly prohibited and will get you permanently banned from using this chat system.
No flooding the room with the same comment over and over again.

Phone numbers, social networking pages (Facebook, Myspace, etc), messenger IDs (yahoo, msn, aim, gtalk, skype, meebo, etc), and email addresses are not allowed in the public chat areas.

Hate speech, religious topics, and political conversations are not permitted in the public rooms. If you want to discuss such topics you may create another room.

Chat Room Etiquette
Users who repeatedly break and or abuse these rules will be warned. If users continue to break the rules they will be kick and/or banned.
No continual use of complete capitol letters is allowed, unless they are used sparingly. Usage of ALL CAPITOL LETTERS is considered to be YELLING in the online world.

Be polite; ask someone in the main chat if they would like to PM with you before start to private message them. Many people, especially women, consider PMing without asking first to be very rude.
The ignore button is a great feature! If someone is pming you with out permission, or saying things in the chat room that you do not want to hear, simply click their name on the list and select ‘block user.’ You will not see any comment by that person for the rest of your login period in the chat site.
This chat service is open-minded on many fantasies; however, not all topics are allowed in the main lobbies. For this reason we have created several other rooms for you to explore your wet and wild dreams. If you want to take part in such discussions simply click the green arrow and door icon 
at the top of the chat area to change to your desired fantasy room.
Not all topics beyond sexual fantasies (politics, religion, etc) are permitted in the lobbies. If you and another person or a group would like to discuss a topic that is not allowed in the lobby, you may take your conversation to private messaging or create a new room.

Nickname Guidelines
Many users include their age-sex-location in their screen name. Doing this is not necessary but it is rather helpful and will help decrease the time it takes to find a session.

Users who have names that do not comply with the following guidelines will be warned and given a chance to change their name, users who do not change their name will be kicked from the room.

Coming to the rooms with a name including rape, incest, bestiality, or another controversial term or a variation, you may get kicked from the system if you stay in the lobby. Edge-play / taboo terms (terms that are not well accepted in the mainstream world) are not allowed to be in the lobby. However, you can keep terms that are not accepted in the lobby, as long as they are allowed in the system, if you go to another room such as the forced sex room or the family fun room that do not find the terms offensive.
Having any references to “cam” is not allowed.

This rule is for your protection, there are many scammers out in cyber space promising a cheap cam session in order to get your credit card numbers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE YOU MEET IN A CHAT ROOM!
This web site follows the ASACP guidelines for unacceptable terms – using any of the terms listed below, or similar variations in your screen name or lobby conversations will get you permanently banned from using this site.

The Moderators
Our chat rooms have volunteer Moderators who help people and enforce the rules to provide our users with a safe and fun chatting environment. When a Moderator is in their ‘Admin’ role, their name will appear red in the list of names to the right of the chat area. Please remember Mods are people too, who want to enjoy conversations with friends and they often have private messages and whispers that they are keeping track of along with the lobbies and other rooms. If you have a problem or witness a serious infraction you are more than welcome to pm a Moderator for help and tell them about the incident, which they will be happy to help you with.
Sometimes the Moderators will be in the room but will not appear in red. Sometimes a moderator will be in a room with a regular users name, and not in moderator / admin mode. Sometimes a moderator or site admin could be in a room and be completely invisible. Some moderator’s names will appear as yellow or purple. If you need help go into the main lobby and ask for a Moderator, chances are that there will be a Mod logged in or someone who can reach a Moderator for you.
Please be nice to the Moderators, they are very busy people and have a lot of different things to take care of in the rooms. They can easily misunderstand something a person types, so be polite since they can ban you for just for taking up their time. To make sure the room is taken care of Moderators are given the power to warn (an alert shows up on the selected user’s screen), freeze (the user is unable to talk for a period of time), kick (the user is removed from the room for several minutes to a day) and ban a user and their IP address from our chat system forever. If you have a complaint about a Moderator, there is a Moderator complaint page where you can alert the site owner.
A note about user created chat rooms, room operators and mods
If you enter a user created chat room, there may be a username in purple, and that user will have the some of the abilities of a site moderator, including the ability to kick you from their chat room. User created room mods do not necessarily have to follow the rules and guidelines that are established for our official site admins and moderators. If a user created room mod decides to kick you for whatever reason, please do not complain to the site admins, as we do not have any control over user created room moderators. Our official site admins and moderators may choose to enter user created rooms on occasion, and their names may appear normal, in red, yellow, purple or simply be invisible. As outlined on our privacy policy, site admins and moderators may on occasion also enter password protected rooms as well. We highly suggest you read and understand the privacy policy information, and check for updates when you use our site.
Be Defensive!
If there is a user who is talking about something that you do not want to hear or is continually pming you after you have asked them to stop, simply click their name on the list of users (participants panel) and select ‘Block User’ – you will not be able to see any of their comments for the rest of your login time. (It’s the magical “poof! They are gone button, otherwise known as the iggy button)
Some female users change their setting to so that they do not receive private messages due to the large amounts of pms they receive when they log on. 
You can do this by selecting the gear icon at the top of the page and selecting ‘Ignore private messages.’ You can change this setting at any time during your stay.

Be careful of people asking for email, messenger IDs, phone numbers, or any other personal information these people may be getting your information to sell to spammers. Some people who ask you to add them on an instant messenger will only add you to ask you to go to their ‘live cam’ page or to visit their pay-per minute site. There are many scams targeting people trying to get a cyber session do not give any one your credit card number!
Some links can be extremely harmful for your computer if you click on them. This is the reason for not allowing links besides a few sites to be posted in the lobby. Avoid malware and viruses by not clicking on links posted in the lobby or pms unless you know that the site is a safe, secure, and well trusted site, you should also have an up to date antivirus and spyware software installed on your computer. The majority of unauthorized links posted in the lobby will only try to sell you items, ask for your email and credit card information, or scam you in another way. We suggest that you not click on the links in the lobby unless it is to the sites permitted by the rules.
Unless you want to have your email sold to spammers, don’t give your email or instant messenger IDs out to people who you meet in the chat room. They will most likely sell your information and you will soon be flooded with spam. If you want to stay in contact with some of the people you meet in the chat room you may want to think about creating an email address so that your main email address does not receive the possible spam.
If anyone tries to solicit you to engage in another sex chat site, or another commercial web site, or try to get you send money or credit card information, send a private message to one of the moderators if they are in the room and let them know. We don’t want our users to get scammed, spammed, or solicited for commercial anything in our free chat rooms, so help us help you, and help others, by reporting any of that activity.
Arguments / Drama / Flame wars, fanning
We prefer that arguments not be ongoing drama in the lobby. If you disagree with another user, agree to disagree and do not fill up the chat window with flame wars, or fan the flames either. Use the ignore / block button to silence someone who is typing what you don’t want to hear. People who continually argue, or continue to attempt to entice others in arguing can and will be banned from the site.
More Important Info
Harassing other users, a group of users, or the moderators is grounds for being kicked, banned, and or prosecuted. This has been a part of the terms of service since the site was started. I am re-mentioning it here to bring your attention to it, additional info is found on our terms of use page. There are serious issues with not only being kicked from the chat room, but also in us recording and giving up your personally identifying information in cases of harassment.
Harass – (from webster’s dictionary online) (1) : to annoy persistently (2) : to create an unpleasant or hostile situation for especially by uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct
harassment (from http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/harassment ) (either harris-meant or huh-rass-meant) n. the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands. The purposes may vary, including racial prejudice, personal malice, an attempt to force someone to quit a job or grant sexual favors, apply illegal pressure to collect a bill, or merely gain sadistic pleasure from making someone fearful or anxious. Such activities may be the basis for a lawsuit if due to discrimination based on race or sex, a violation on the statutory limitations on collection agencies, involve revenge by an ex-spouse, or be shown to be a form of blackmail (“I’ll stop bothering you, if you’ll go to bed with me”). The victim may file a petition for a “stay away” (restraining) order, intended to prevent contact by the offensive party. A systematic pattern of harassment by an employee against another worker may subject the employer to a lawsuit for failure to protect the worker. (See: harass, sexual harassment)
GFA Clause – if you are generally fucking annoying, you may be kicked or banned. This includes all kinds of things, and may mean different things to different people, but if for example you just type some gibberish, or try to make fun of the rules, or push the limits, or just post some stupid you tube links, or do anything else that annoys the group or one of the moderators you can and will be kicked under the GFA clause.
By participating in this chat service, users acknowledge that they have knowledge of, and agree to the site’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies and rules posted above. It is highly recommended that anyone using this chat site, or any other chat system on the internet to have a firm understanding of the sex chat room safety information as well.
Violating Sexchatsexchat.com’s Terms of Service or the chat room’s rules or etiquette policies will result with you being kicked from our chat services temporarily or possibly being permanently banned. Some kicks/bans only last for five minutes, while other may last one hour, six hours, twelve hours, or even twenty-four hours. Users who have committed major offenses will be permanently banned. Users who were banned from the chat system and still cannot join the chat after waiting 36 hours, have been permanently banned.
Got complaints?
I have gotten a few emails from users who complain about a mod kicking them unfairly. I have people explain that they did nothing wrong, yada yada yada. People have told me that it’s unfair, and all kinds of stuff. People have asked me if we let the mods just kick people for no reason. We’ve gotten all kinds of questions about mods.
Here’s the deal with our chat room moderators. Every one of our chat rooms mods has volunteered to help make the chat room a better place. They are taking time out of play time to help the room and everyone in it experience a happy neutral place to enjoy mature conversations. Every one of our mods has read a very detailed set of “mod rules” – and we constantly discuss with each other things that come up, and what to do in edgy situations. Every single one of us is prone to make a mistake once in a while, and some of the mods may interpret the rules in harsher way than others, and act accordingly. Quite frankly, that’s fine with me.
It is a very tough job to defend free speech, even when you are not a fan of some of the things that other people way want to express. Every day we are put in situations when personally we’d like to just kick and ban someone for being an idiot, rude, or taking their conversations to the edge of indecency. We constantly deal with spammers, mean people, user complaints, chat bots, and all kinds of ridiculous things, the last thing we need is someone who comes into the room, breaks a small rule, and then gets all high and mighty about being asked to comply.
I have had users that made small mistakes end up causing big disruptions for the room. If you message me and say, hey I only used all caps twice, I shouldn’t be permanently banned for that, your mod is abusing me just to make his or her friends happy, blah blah blah. You know what probably happened? Most likely a small mistake was made, you were asked to stop, and the came back with an attitude problem. Now as moderators, hey we are used to that to some degree, and we know what it’s like, heck, most of us have been on the other side of the coin. In fact many of the mods were in a big chat room drama blowout as regular users at one time. But it’s the ensuing drama that generally gets people banned.
Sure, maybe you shouldn’t be permanently banned for making a small mistake, but disrupting the entire chat room with your whining and bitching and challenging the mods after the small infraction, well, who needs that? We don’t, our regular users don’t. And you will not win that war, so why even fight it.
I will back up our mods 99.9 percent of the time. I do not expect to get the whole story from you or anyone else, if you message me about a problem, heck I might listen, but don’t think that I am going to believe that you have the whole story. Quite frankly, it’s a waste of my time to deal with complaints in the free chat room. If you were a paying member, then I might be compelled to look further into it. This is a free service in this chat room, if you don’t like the way it is moderated, if you don’t want to play by the simple rules, then don’t. You don’t have to use our site. I would rather have 50 regular users who all play well together, than have 5,000 members who ruin the experience for my favorite 50.

Also realize that with text chat it may be easy for me to read something and take it a different way than it was intended. The same goes the other way. I might ask something and in my mind I am saying it politely, but you might read the text and thing that I am coming off mean or demanding. Every day all over the world, through chat rooms, text messages, pms, emails, people are reading (hearing) things one way, when the intention (writing) was meant another way. It happens. Even with the “LOLs” and smiley faces we all use, it is really easy to take something the wrong way on all sides of a text conversation.
I have been in the room and seen people say things like “Fuck you Maggie” – and was like, whoa – this guy is being kind of mean. Only to find out that Maggie and John have been friends for years, and when he said fuck you, he meant it in a joking, friendly, poking way. That’s just one example. It happens. So know that you may take something said the wrong way, and we will try to remember that users sometimes mean something one way even when it sounds another.
This rant is getting long, I hope I have made the points to help a majority of the users who would otherwise be trying to find my email addy to vent about unfair treatment.
Please read the netiquette rules, it only takes a couple minutes. Please ask questions in the comments section if you are unclear about anything, and we will work to clarify. Please understand that every moderator is taking time away from their play time to help the community here, and please understand it is a thankless job, with many people who don’t even bother to read the rules. We also deal with all kinds of crap behind the scenes that you will hopefully never have to worry about. Respect the mods, play well with others, and have fun. Be glad you get to chat away and don’t have to deal with all the other crap.
Many times our moderators will warn and or educate a user before they are kicked / banned – but this is not always the case, there is no rule that moderator must warn before kicking a user who is breaking the rules.

Before you ask in the comments below – wait at least 24 hours. Many times when a user is kicked or banned from the chat room by one of our moderators, it only last for 10 minutes, or an hour, or 24 hours. 90% of the time when someone asks about being banned and for how long in the comments below, by the time I get to see the comment and look it up, the ban has already expired.
For this reason, I strongly urge you to try again in one hour, and wait for 24 hours, then try to access the chat rooms again, before sending the admin any contact email, or adding any comments / questions, etc below.

it could also have been my nickname which wasnt good either. i was trying to play the dominant role like some names have master infront of them but i used a stupid one (hitler). sorry about that. wont happen again, i didnt know it was against the rules till i read them. those are the only 2 things i could think of for being the reason i was banned. (hopefully just temporary).
Well I think you may be right about it finally – it was probably that screen name that got you permanently banned. it certainly would be a valid reason as being indicative of hate speech and highly offensive for the lobby especially. There is no specific reason logged for the ban however, and I would need to speak with the mod that placed the ban to see if there was any other reasons for the ban as well. For now I am going to assume it was the name, and the ban is set to permanent, which is reasonable just for choosing the name.

Well James, you read that most bans expire automatically in less than 24 hours, yet you still took the time comment and ask before then, which takes up my time. At least you said you were sorry for that.

nick – there is nothing about you in the ban list. You should re-read the rules to be sure that you are not perceived as breaking any in the future. Be sure to understand the info and link about the profanity filter and the auto-kick there. Also be sure to re-read and understand the part about most bans auto-expiring in less than 24 hours, thus making it a complete waste of time to post any comments here unless you are still unable to access the sex chat room after 24 hours.

There is no ban on you perm – perhaps you failed to read the part that says most bans auto-release in 24 hours or less, and that for that reason you should read all the rules, get a thorough understanding of them, and do not waste your time or especially mine by posting ban questions here unless it has been more than 24 hours first. One of our moderators was pming you and inquiring about your screen name and asking for your age, and you did not respond. So your age had come into question. We have some guidelines for screen names that are listed above. Since you did not reply to the moderator, a ban has been placed on you. You will need to follow the instructions on the get verified page to prove your age and then we can lift your ban.
i was banned about a week ago, and while trying to login in, i ran across the rules/etiquette/etc and read everything as best as i could. i believe that i broke the rules when i told the person who banned me that i would play as an age other than what my real age is and also informed the person who banned me what my real age was. i read that i should wait a day or two and I did, was allowed back in but then tried again friday and now today and it shows that i am banned again. i should have read the rules closer before logging in and playing on the website. is it possible to get the ban lifted on me or am I out forever? I have not gone into details about the reasons for the age play rules – but there are many reasons for them let me assure you. The easiest way for me to take care of this situation for you would be for you to do the steps on the get verified page – that way we can verify it was a play scenario.

Anyhow, I think your ban was a temporary kick giving you a chance to read the rules, so I think you should again be able to access our free sex chat rooms without a problem at this time.

amandababy – I do not see anything about you in the ban list. I am guessing perhaps you were kicked for a short, temporary, auto-expiring time. This should of given you enough time to read the rules and find something that may have been cause for you to be kicked for a short time. Although maybe you did not read all the rules on the page, if you had, then you would of seen the notices where it asks people to wait 24 hours before posting a comment here about getting banned. Perhaps your comment would of been better suited on the moderators complaints page. I assume that you now know that you can once again re-enter the free sex chat rooms. Hopefully you will do so with a better understanding that we are serious about enforcing the site rules.
I have personally removed her from the room on more than one occasion. Every time I have, it has been a simple kick.
The reason she keeps being removed is that she has presents with an attitude toward the moderators doing their duties. She makes rude comments about when the moderators (namely me) attempt to educate the participants or remind them of the rules of the site. She also refusesto stop the behavior even after being told to do so. She also refuses to stop after being warned her behavior will get her removed from the room.
She has on several occasions been very rude and billigerent towards me. I do not recall the exact words but in essence telling me to shut the fuck up and let people enjoy the room. And who do I think I am and I can’t tell people what to do, etc.
I explained that I work for the site and that I am simply doing what I can to enforce the terms of agreement everyone makes when they enter the room. She stated she didn’t agree to anything. I advised her that by entering the room, she agreed to abide by the terms of service of this site.
I believe her belligerent attitude towards me stems from an encounter I had with her earlier in the room. She was repeatedly posting pic links and I thought they were the same pic over and over so I requested that she not spam the room. Another user pointed out to me that they were different pics each time, so I said that was ok as long as it wasn’t too much and I apologized to her.
Since then she has been extremely rude and distastful in the room towards me. I give her a new chance each time she comes in but I will continue to remove her from the room if she is unable to understand the proper way to interact with the moderators.

In fact we will be paying more and more attention to this and banning all of the annoying people who flood the chat room needlessly. We are also working on code updates so that our chat system automatically bans people who do this.

“sexcammi” – I am not sure why you were kicked, as there are no notes in the ban log about you. I can guess however from your screen name that you would of been kicked for having “cam” in your name. We do not allow people to advertise or ask for cams, or have cam or sex cam in their screen names currently. This is a rule to keep out the professional cam whore trolls – but the rules applies to everybody.
We may change how we handle these things in the future, as we intend to roll out some on site cam options for our users next year, and may even develop a system where cam whores can do some advertising, but for now that is the way it is.
I have talked with her several times about not using that name and she keeps coming back in with it.

Hi. I was kicked from a Lobby, and I assume banned, yesterday. At first it took me by surprise, and I couldn’t imagine what I could have said to have warranted being kicked out. It almost felt like I must have been coming across as merely annoying and was kicked out for that reason alone. Then I thought about it and now I’m pretty sure what it was about, and I can see how what I said must have sounded to someone who didn’t really see it in the context of what had been said by me and others in the stream of loose conversation. You’ll probably have to censor this message, but I was kidding around and said jokingly, “Any c*cks wanna see my ladies?” in response to a persistent person who kept asking “Any ladies wanna see my c*ck?” Looking back, this probably does sound rude, if taken out of context, plus I unfortunately have a droll sense of humor and don’t normally qualify sarcastic comments with “smilies” or “LOL’s”. So I feel like an idiot, for sure, if this is the reason I was kicked. I had also joked a few messages prior about another persistent commenter’s unrelenting, line-after-line petitions, but I’m sure that message only seemed weird, not offensive, to any uninvolved passerby or moderator. I respect your site, have not ever had any trouble here before, and enjoy the chat rooms at this site. However, I also respect that you have a tough job here trying to police all of the improper (and at times *term edited by admin*) things that people say and do, and that you have to make your decision to kick or ban and move on, as there are thousands of other users to watch as well. I’m not here to beg for this ban to be lifted, but I did want to at least explain where that comment came from and note that I’ve never used seriously angry or insulting language to other chatters before. And if I’m waaaay off base and am missing the real reason I was kicked entirely, then I apologize. This is the only thing I could think of that might have been misinterpreted and caused my being kicked and banned. I would love to use your site again, but obviously I have to respect your ultimate decision. Sorry for the long message here, but thank you for your time.

From reading your comment I can certainly see how you could of been engaging in a back and forth with another user who may have been flooding the chat room, and who was skirting the edge of our rules. If you had done this several times then you would of been flooding the chat window, which is against the rules. If I had just come into the chat room and seen your message, I would assume that you were trying to cyber pimp some cam whores or something, it sounds like you are offering cam girls – which is very much against the rules. You would be kicked with a perma ban immediately, as we certainly do not allow people to come in here and start advertising for commercial services. I guess you can see how your comments would be viewed by others, especially if they did not recognize the back and forth with the other user making a similar comment.
In the future I suggest using the “block / ignore” feature to make annoying users such as that disappear – you can read more about my thoughts of users who start to take jabs at each in the chat room, and my suggestions for handling it, via this post: the challenge to the regs.
I accidentally had a bad nickname and got banned without warning, I guess it’s my fault for not really reading the rules but I think that’s pretty harsh. Sounds reasonable. I assume you had a chance to read our other rules as well and have a clear understanding that we have many firm rules and are quick to enforce them. I agree that not all banned words and terms always bad or used in a malicious way – but there are some things that have history of being abused by so many people that we have had to draw some lines. These lines mainly come from what other groups have determined are the most abused. I myself do not have any research to back it up, or make any judgments based upon people’s choice of language. To me it is more about the individual and what the intent is, with that being said there are plenty of ways to describe yourself without using the 40 or so banned nicknames – just be sure to also follow the other rules, terms of services and netiquette here as well, enjoy once again.

I was banned for pretending to be 16 years old. I was unaware that that was breaking your rules and the mod that told me so did not make it clear that it was a rule and that he/she was a mod. You may have already figured it out by now, which is the reason I ask all users to wait at least 24 hours before posting questions here – but the profanity filter normally only lasts about 10 minutes. You can read more about the profanity bans here if you like.

I dunno Kalina, I do not see anything about you in the ban log – so I am guessing that you were kicked or banned with a ban that lasts less than 24 hours. Our system auto-erases this kind of stuff. It could of been a minor infraction, or it could of been an accidental kick, could of been a connection issue or profanity / banned word auto kick or something – either way, I don’t know, which is why I ask users to wait at least 24 hours, then check to see if access is auto granted, then and only then post questions regarding why or whatever.

There is nothing about you in the ban log. So either you were not banned and just had some connection problems, OR you were banned with a temporary kick, which has since auto expired. If it was a temporary kick, then there is no need to ask questions unless you have been banned for 24 hours or longer – make sense?

There certainly was reasons for your ban. I suggest you re-read the rules and pay close attention to the rules about hate speech and being nice to the mods.

if you missed a space between the last two words, it would be dreamsnow – which contains the “MSN”; MSN is one of the profane / banned / bad words. If you posted that 4 times in a row, then you would be kicked from the chat room for 5 or 10 minutes for the first time kicked for profanity. Sorry about that, it’s a thing to keep the evil spam robots from abusing the site. More about the profanity kicks here.

All users should wait 24 hours after being kicked before they post a comment or question here. Most bans auto-expire in less than 25 hours – nothing needs to be done, especially asking me to waste my time looking it up through all of the ban lists only to find there is no info saved.
I was banned cuz I said yahoo/msn, when it was in private! I only wanted to keep in touch with someone because they RP so well, I would never try and post it in a public room or something like that, really! I believe that I was unfairly banned, or atleast thats how it seems to me, please please PLEASE contact back, whether unbanning me or not, I atleast want some kind of response.
The “profanity filter” blocks words like skype, yahoo, msn, hotmail, stupid-free-cam-chat-spam dot com, and many others. This is necessary to prevent the automated spam bots and commercial spammers from abusing the room. It is okay to share an email in private if you are not doing so for commercial reasons, and the person you are sending the email to wants to get it – but you will have to be creative in order to do so. I tend to do something like nashty1 ATT yy aa h o o dotted com – most people can figure out what that means, and it will get by the profanity filter.
The first two times you are kicked for profanity the ban auto-expires in about 10 minutes. I could be wrong on this, but I think it’s about that long. So you can probably re-access the free sex chat rooms at this time, now knowing that certain words are banned and will get you kicked.
Again for anyone else reading this, you should wait to post a comment about being kicked or banned here until you have waited at least 24 hours and tried to enter again. Most bans will auto expire in less than hour, and some bans last just over 24 hours. Only if you have been banned for more than 24 hours should you post here asking about it.

C_28 – Our “profanity filter” does not kick people for cussing – saying dirty words is certainly a part of many sex chat conversations, so we do not use the chat script’s profanity filter for it’s original intention, we mainly use the profanity filter to stop people form spamming other commercial adult web sites, and common scam sites and such. With such a long list in the current set of “profanity” rules – we do at times get some kicks that are innapropriate. This is something that we have to constantly adjust, at times adding new domain names that people are newly spamming, and at times removing words or phrases that block some common discussions.
It would be very helpful if you could remember / provide the exact words you entered that caused the profanity kick. Every once in a while our profanity filter behaves in a way that is unintended – because it is a semi-smart system, it tried to kick people for using similar expressions that are in the banned words list. We have had a few hiccups with this system, I think the most recent was something very generic like when someone said something like ” pleasure me now” – it was kicking for something like that because the phrase was very close to one of the banned domain names in the system “campleasure dot me” or something like that.
The most common thing that happens to people is getting kicked for sharing an email addy, even in pm – like yahoo or hotmail. A while back we had some evil scammers that would come in under a girl’s screen name and start posting these kind of addresses, and then adding people to a spam list for popular sex drugs, and other adult web sites – then they would sell the list of names they acquired to other bad spam sites – so we do everything we can to stop them. Although you said in your comment that you did not post those particular words, at this point there are many phrases in the kick filter, so if you could provide me with some more details about what you typed, then I could investigate how and why the filter is kicking for those words, and try to find another way of blocking the intended phrases while allowing non-spam conversations to continue uninterrupted.

Touchy issue, it was reported that the legal age of the people in the pictures you posted links to was in question. I was not in the room at the time, so I did not see the links or the pics, so I have no way to judge this. If you are 100% sure that the pictures you posted are all of adults over the age of 18, then you can send an email with the links you were posting. In the meantime, I will need to confer with one of the site moderators to try to get another side of the story and see if they have kept any info about this to compare what really happened – that may take a couple of weeks, and it may not be fruitful, so right now this situation will remain in limbo for a time, even if all parties want to pursue clarity of the situation. I can say that if you are not 100% sure that all images you linked to were of people who were all adults over the age of 18 at the time of the video or photos being taken, then please do not bother to waste any more of my time on this, I just don’t have much time right now, and spending it trying to determine things that people are unsure of would really not lean me towards helping in this ban situation.
